About the Sprint
What is a Sprint? We convene industry professionals, academics and regulators to discuss future thinking on a specific topic.
Where is the Sprint taking place? The Sprint will take place in-person, culminating with a showcase at our FCA Headquarters: 12 Endeavour Square, London, E20 1JN. An agenda will be shared with further details.
Is this Sprint being conducted under the Chatham House Rules? No, this will be an open forum to encourage open discussion.
Can individuals apply and take part in the Sprint? Yes, teams will be made up of individuals attendees. We'll assign you to a team and let you know when you arrive for the Sprint.
Applying to the Sprint
How do I apply to be a participant? Click 'Apply Here' on the home page to access the application form. No more than 2 delegates per organisation will be accepted to ensure balanced participation. Please note: submission does not guarantee participation.

During the Sprint
What support can I expect during the Sprint? Teams will be guided throughout the Sprint in teams and will supported with mentors and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with peers to develop solutions and shape future thinking.
- Participate in a mini showcase where teams present their findings.
- Influence policy decisions on stablecoin payment regulation in the UK.
What happens at the end of the Sprint? Participate in a mini showcase where teams present their findings in the afternoon of Day 2.
Will there be a briefing before the Sprint? Yes, a Bootcamp Briefing will be held before the Sprint. Details will be shared with successful applicants.
Technical Info
How do I login to take part in the Bootcamp Briefing? The session will be held via MS Teams. You can join via browser or app.
What if I don't use MS Teams? You can join anonymously via a browser.
What’s the best browser to use? Use a media-source extension (MSE) enabled browser like Chrome, Firefox or Edge.
What if my organisation blocks MS Teams? Contact IT or try a personal device.
Where can I find my joining link? An email will be sent before the Bootcamp. Check your junk folder or contact us if not received.
Logistics
Does the Sprint cost anything? The Sprint is free. Refreshments will be provided, with options for dietary needs.
How do I get to the FCA office? You are responsible for your own transport and accommodation. Check your route beforehand.
I am no longer able to take part – can someone take my place? Email techsprints@fca.org.uk and we’ll assess the request.
What if I need to cancel my application/registration? Email techsprints@fca.org.uk to cancel.
Can you confirm my attendance for CPD purposes? Yes, we can send confirmation of your attendance following the Sprint.
Is there a dress code? Wear what you’d typically wear on a normal business day (casual or business casual).
